Jean MacCurdy is herself a superhero who has won many a battle to bring excellnce in children's programming to television. Ms. MacCurdy oversees production of animated feature films, contemporary television animation, Warner Bros. Classic Animation and Hanna-Barbera properties in her role as President, Warner Bros. Animation.

Under Ms. MacCurdy's leadership, Warner Bros. has accumulated 28 Emmy Awards, numerous Annie Awards, and teh prestigious George Foster Peabody Award.  Shows produced under her aegis include the multi-award winning Batman and Superman series, as well as series made in partnership with Steven Spielberg, including Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs and Tiny Toon Adventures.

Ms. MacCurdy is a recipient of the Women in Films prestigious Lucy Awards, reflecting the indomitable spirit of the late and great Lucile Ball.
